Imagine a world so similar to ours, that if you
were given the chance to be a part of it, you
wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Why
don't we transport ourselves to this other world
and then maybe you'll be able to distinguish the
differences. I guess now is the time to say,
welcome to dalton!
There are two sides to this world, we now find
ourselves in; there are the humans and then there
are the supernatural beings. However, the humans
don't know about the supernatural. All they believe
are the myths and folklore surrounding their town.
The tales tell of werewolves, vampires, and more. And
over the years it has even made humans in this town
suspicious of each other. There are those who believe
more than others, but how do you stop teenagers believing
in rumors, especially teenagers who live in a small
town? Everyone knows how curious kids can be.
dalton has so much history, history that
will never be forgotten; and even though dalton
is vastly different from how it used to be, there
are still similarities. The unknown is what keeps
this little town alive and thriving. Would there be as
many people in the small town going to stay at the
biggest hotel in the area, if they knew that it was run
by the biggest family of shapeshifters in the area?
Would parents send their kids to school, knowing that
nearly every eleventh grade teacher has some form of
supernatural ability? Probably not, but that's just
why the supernatural keep their abilities to themselves
and try to fit in as much as possible. It's the only way
to stay safe; not that they don't help to spread the
rumors that everyone keeps spreading or the fact that
they are the main source of people believing in the myths.
are you ready to start playing with fear?
